Isabella "Bella" Oleschuk

Bella went missing from Orange,New Haven county,CT Late Saturday/early Sunday March 19-20. There are only two leads. This 12 year old was badly bullied because she was deaf in one ear and may have run. This is unlikely since she did not take clothes or her hearing aid with her when she vanished. The other lead was that a young girl and boy were walking by a school Sunday morning between 6+8AM. Police want to speak with them. It is theorized that she could have been the girl. The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) team arrived in town late yesterday afternoon to offer its expertise to the search. Another specialized organization, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, is also lending a hand.

The center’s Team Adam, a network of retired law enforcement personnel who each bring highly specialized training and knowledge, have been deployed to Orange.

“We’re doing everything we can to support the effort,” says the center’s president, Ernie Allen.

Allen has also stated there is nothing to suggest she is a run away. A Silver Alert rather than an Amber Alert has been issued for Bella. as someone who was bullied all through school my heart breaks for Bella. We must find her and bring her home to her heartbroken parents. Her dad is a local firefighter. He is usually the hero,now we need to the heros for him.

Only one of Rands multiple suspected victims has ever been found. She was Jennifer Schweiger a 12 year old with downs syndrome that he buried at his campsite in the woods near the mental hospital he was janitor at. He got 25 years to life for her kidnapping and murder. Here is a list of other possible victims who's bodies have yet to be found: Alice Pereia, Holly Ann Hughes, Tiahease Tiawanna Jackson & Henry Gafforio. Audrey Lyn Nergenberg, an eighteen-year-old who disappeared in 1977 is also believed to be linked to Rand.
