Discovery Park where Morgan was taken from

Morgan went missing from a Houston,TX park where she was with her grandmother and brothers. Her grandmother saw her being held against her a little while later. Yet, no Amber Alert has been issued for the 14 year old who left her purse in her grandmother's car. That tells me she had no plans to go anywhere,but watch the band in the park. Morgan is described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds with dark hair and brown eyes. She has a scar under her chin and another wide scar between her elbow and forearm. She was last seen wearing an orange tank top, brown boots, blue jeans and glasses. She was also wearing a silver Hello Kitty necklace.
