  William was 3 years old when he vanished from his foster grandparents yard Kendall,NSW,AU on Sept. 12.2014. He was wearing a Spider Man costume. His foster mom had gone in to make a cup of tea.   Philip vanished around 1:30PM on 23 Oct. 1986 on his way back to his school in    Rathfarnham  Irelnad just outside Dublin. He had returned home for lunch but never back it back to school. The next week his classmates got together on Wed. in the middle of their school break to search for him. Philip had just turned 13 the month before he vanished. 6 days after 2 school girls found his school bag in a previously searched alley. It was hoped that it would yield forensic evidence. Sadly it did not.  Garda (police in Ireland) are investigating his case as a murder.
