"little Jacob" was found on a Galveston,TX beach Oct. 20,2017. He was a 3 to 5 year old white male. He needs to get his name back. There is a $10,000 reward for information leading to his identification. This UID little boy got his name from an FBI agent who went to the baptism of a baby named Jacob right after he was found. It is unknown if he drowned or was killed.
