Miracle in Ohio



Amanda Berry,Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were rescued after Amanda kicked out part of a screen door. A neighbor pulled her out after kicking down the rest of the door. This was just 3/4 of a mile from  the area each vanished from. She took her 6 year old daughter with her. She had been according to Berry fathered by her captor. What a brave woman.
Three men,brothers,Ariel Castro,Onil Castro and Pedro Castro ages 50-54 were arrested in this crime.
These girls were 14 one day shy of 17 and 20 when they were taken in 2002,2003 and 2004. Ariel Castro who's home they were chained up in was a Cleveland school bus driver EEK!! Someone presumably Castro made a call to Amanda's mother from her cell phone right after she was taken and said he married her. The caller would not let her speak. a few years ago police were called twice,once because a naked woman was crawling in the backyard. Nothing was done. The 2nd call stated someone was banging on the plastic covered windows trying to get out. Police knocked and naturaly no one came to the door. One of the girls has told police she was pregnant twice but lost the babies because of beatings from her captors. Put these monsters away forever. Please note there no picture of Michelle Knight available as police did not take a report because she was 20.

Rhiannon Smith

Rhiannon is just 16 and has been missing from her Winsted/Winchester,CT home that she shared with her grandmother. E mails and chats found on her computer indicate 3 boys named Jake,Nick and Sanji wanted to harm her. She,However stated in her note that they were going to help her run to Canada. Her friend posted on Websleuths that he felt she may have gone to with her father and twin brother somewhere in the south and her brother may be hiding her. This in unlikely as I'm sure even as inept as police were in this case they contacted her dad. Police to a break from looking for her for a week because the lead investigator was on VACATION . Yes you read that correctly vacation. That is inexcusable!! A whitness came forward to say say a girl fitting Rhiannon's description was  sleeping in a dug out at a local ball field. Why did police not go there right away? Police have also made statements they believe she is dead. She said in her note she was in danger.   h...
